APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS


All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card. You will not be charged until your service is completed, except as stated in our cancellation policy or unless agreed upon otherwise. You may be able to pay with cash if you do not want your card charged, but to book you must put a card on file. Prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Communication:

Be sure to speak up. Your esthetician will do their absolute best to accommodate your requests such as: amount of light, volume level (or absence) of music, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Also, feel

free to ask questions. Your provider will enjoy knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have. If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory, please let us know. All clients must communicate any allergies and sensitivities they have. If you need to get in touch with us, the best form of communication is text (774) 252-8343.

Punctuality:

Please be sure to arrive for your appointment on time, but no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure privacy to each guest. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be cut short or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below).

Cancellation:

Each appointment is set specifically for a guest. To respect everyone’s time, please notify us with at least 48 hours notice that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or missed appointments without notification will be charged 100% of the service fee. Should you not meet this agreement, all existing reservations may be canceled, and future reservations may be required to be paid in full and non-refundable.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in your service fee. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

Companions:

No guests or children are allowed to accompany you during your treatment, unless the guest is a minor and their guardian is present. Animals are not allowed on the premises, unless they are a registered service animal. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and they are not allowed on the Premises.

Refunds:

Should Immortal Beauty Co LLC conclude a refund is deemed a necessary accommodation, it shall be returned to the exact method used at the time of initial purchase, less processing fees of both the initial and refund transactions.

Symptoms:

If you are experiencing a fever, coughing, vomiting and/or diarrhea, please reschedule your reservation. If you are experiencing cold-like symptoms that are not allergy related and not accompanied by the previously stated symptoms, please wear a mask to your reservation.

Gift Card Policy

We offer monetary gift certificates for those that would like to gift an Immortal Beauty Co LLC experience. Please note, there are no returns or refunds on gift certificates or cards.

Gift Certificates may only be redeemed at Immortal Beauty Co LLC.

  • Gift Certificates must be kept by the purchaser and presented at the time of redemption. Gift certificates are considered like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. However, gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Discounts, coupons & new client specials are not valid on gift certificates.

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on merchandise or services purchased with a gift card.

  • If a gift card is used to hold an appointment, and you miss your appointment or do not reschedule before our 48 hour window, you will forfeit your gift card.
