• If you are experiencing a fever, vomiting and/or diarrhea, please reschedule your reservation. If you are experiencing cold-like symptoms that are not allergy related and not accompanied by the previously stated symptoms, please wear a mask to your reservation.

• Please mute all electronic devices upon entering Immortal Beauty Co in respect to other guests and neighboring community. Calls/Facetime/Snapchat/ Video/Photography are NOT permitted during your treatment.

• No additional guests or “support person” will be allowed to accompany you to your reservation. Children are not allowed at any time, no exceptions.

• Professionalism and respect are expected at every reservation. Should any inappropriate or unprofessional behavior occur during a reservation (i.e. Brazilian wax), treatment will be ended immediately, payment will be due in full, and the authorities will be notified of the inappropriate behavior for prosecution.

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your reservation, as Immortal Beauty Co ensures the utmost privacy to each guest. Please text or knock when you arrive if the door is locked. *Best method of communication is to text (774) 252-8343

• Should you arrive 10 minutes or more past your reservation time, your reservation will be considered a late cancellation or no-show, dependent on your method of communication, and your treatment will be cancelled.

• Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. If cancellation is under the 48-hour mark or you arrive later than 10 minutes of your reservation, it is then considered “late”, and you will be responsible for the full amount of your service, in addition to high probability of an incomplete service. No-show fees are 100% of the reserved treatment(s) fee. Should you not meet this agreement, all existing reservations will be cancelled, and future reservations will be required to be paid in full and non-refundable.

• Should Immortal Beauty Co conclude a refund is deemed a necessary accommodation, it shall be returned to the exact method used at the time of initial purchase, less processing fees of both the initial and refund transactions.
