Appointment Booking:

All appointments must be booked in advance, and we require a valid credit card or pre-payment to secure bookings. Changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Arrival Time:

Clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

Health and Safety:

Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client's health condition poses a risk.

Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Please keep valuables always secure.

Service Guarantee:

We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, please inform us within 24 hours for resolution.

Pricing and Payments:

Prices are subject to change without notice, and payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

Children and Minors:

Children under a certain age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Services for minors may require parental consent.

Privacy Policy:
