When waxing, you should rebook every 2-6 weeks depending on the area and your hair should be the length of a cooked grain of rice at minimum.For example, if you are just beginning to wax your underarms, you may need to return every 2 weeks until your growth cycle is completely in sync. Once this happens, you could potentially return every 4-6 weeks.

Waxing saves you time from shaving, can help prevent irritation and pigmentation, causes the hair to grow back finer/thinner, and lasts longer than shaving.

The day before your wax, you may gently exfoliate with a dry brush or exfoliant that has been recommended to you by your aesthetician. The day of your wax, shower prior to your appointment to help soften your skin and be freshly cleansed so the wax adheres as best as possible. You may take a Tylenol or Ibuprofen 30 minutes prior to your appointment to help alleviate discomfort.

Yes, but you MUST wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup to receive any intimate waxing. You may also experience more sensitivity while menstruating, however, it is perfectly safe to to wax during your cycle.

Yes, but keep in mind that you may be more sensitive. However, if you have not been waxing prior to 7 months of pregnancy, and have never been waxed before, it is it recommended to not wax or provide written clearance from your doctor prior to booking.

Certain medications such as antibiotics, acne medications (such as Accutane), Retinols, AHAs, etc. can cause the skin to lift. If you are currently taking or have taken Accutane, you must provide written clearance from your dermatologist of the date you stopped your treatments (Minimum 6 months). *This list is not inclusive to all medications that may impose an issue, but guideline to the most common. Please disclose all medications on your intake forms.
